Maxim Martsinkevich

Member of a special experimental group commissioned by the KGB and the Council of Ministers (USSR) Institute years: 1968 1941 Born on May 8th in Moscow. 1955 Studies Architecture and Civil Engineering. 1959 Enters the Kuibyshev Moscow State Construction University. 1964 Graduates from university. Involved in the construction of the Ostankino television tower. 1965 Accused of anti-Soviet agitation distributing banned literature on eugenics. Convicted under article 70 of the RSFSR Criminal Code. Becomes an informant for the KGB whilst in prison, released ahead of schedule. 1967 Becomes a member of a special group set up by the KGB to participate in experiments. 1968 Sent to the Institute. Data after November 8th is classified.
